Here’s How to Get Your Free Payoneer MasterCard from FriendFinder:
Go over to friendfinder.com, click on the “Affiliates” link on the menu, this will take you to their affiliate section where you can sign up to become one of their affiliates.
As soon as your account is setup and verified which shouldn’t take you more than 2mins to complete, log on to your account, click on “Account Information”, then click on “sign up and be paid by MasterCard”. This will take you to a page where you can sign up for the Mastercard.
You’ll need either your National ID Card or International Passport or your Drivers’ license to complete the form. Any of the three listed identifications will suffice.
Click “finish” when you’re done.
Your Payoneer debit Mastercard should get to your address within 3weeks or less depending on your location.

You must first receive payment from the partner site you got your card from, then subsequent funding can be done via card to card transfer (which in my opinion is the simplest).
You can also link it with your paypal account (don’t know if that’s still allowed).

I used 2checkout payoneer to receive some payment from promoting their affiliates yesterday. It was so easy, just visited an ecobank ATM at presidential hotel in Port harcourt. I really want to say, it is better that Nigerians go for 2checkout since they don’t limit their transactions with Nigerians. I think clickbank is great but I have not been able to break their code… though I’m still trying but 2checkout affiliate marketing is simple, just spend time there . Nelson, I use card to card transfer to load my payoneer card.
If you have a web surfer credit card from Zenith bank, or a Mastercard from GTBank, you can transfer money directly from it to your Payoneer card.
If you already own any of those cards, and it’s funded, you can go straight ahead and load your payoneer card here.
Note: You’d be charged 3.5% of the amount you’re loading.

I started this about 2 days ago and still didnt get any answer from payoneer.
On Freelancer i have money $40 on account as they said ( because it says that you need money to apply for payonner )..i applied for payoneer and still nothing
